Watkins Alley brought us onboard to build a sales tool for people to purchase their new row homes using our 12-month content strategy. We became boots-on-the-ground journalists to connect the unique story elements of this neighborhood with potential buyers through beautiful visuals and community-engaging campaigns.

Story comes first.

Instead of selling row homes, we were selling a story. Every home in Watkins Alley was sold within 12 months, thanks to the stories unique to this neighborhood. One local influencer took people on a run through the neighborhood while an illustrator created a map of the area showcasing her favorite spots.
